We make every effort to be certain our web-site is accurate. However, constantly changing and improving products can allow some details to change. It is our right to correct any errors that may arise and are not held responsible for typographical or pricing errors. All products for adult use only. Check all state and local laws before ordering. We do ship Pre-ban high capacity magazines to Massachusetts. Maryland residents cannot receive magazines over 20rds. New Jersey residents cannot receive magazines over 15rds. New York State we do not send magazines over 10rds.  (New York City we ship no mags).  Hawaiian residents cannot receive pistol magazines over 10rds. Merchandise listed herein is not for sale in any state, district or territory where the receipt, possession, sale or use of any such merchandise is prohibited. We do occasionally come across Pre '94 (Pre-ban) magazines and we will offer to sell them under the following conditions to these states:  Massachusetts (With a copy of your Class A license).

 ATTENTION FIRST TIME AMMUNITION CUSTOMERS.
All first time ammunition customers (who do not already have a Federal Firearms License on file with us) must Email or Mail a copy of his/her State issued Drivers License or State Identification to verify date of birth, along with a signed statement that you are over 21 years of age and there are no local, state or federal laws prohibiting you from purchasing ammunition. If your State of Residence requires a separate state issued license to purchase ammunition, then a copy of this state issued document must be received before an order for ammunition will be processed. Please include your order number (when applicable) with license copy. Please include "PhotoID" on the envelope or as the subject of the email for speedy processing. NO AMMUNITION ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION!

Shipping And Handling

All Ammunition Orders will be shipped UPS Ground.  Other small parts and magazines may ship USPS or UPS at our descretion.  All shipments if paid via Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover or Amex)  must ship to your Credit card billing address, if paying via money order/certified check we can ship to an optional delivery address.
Ammo Orders and any hghi value orders are Required to be shipped Adult Signature Required. Orders typically ship the day after they are ordered. Please be patient during high volume periods. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. You will be notified by email when your order ships, with the UPS or USPS tracking number.

Prices

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE DAILY! Due to the current legislation and/or availability of hard to find products, prices can change at any instant. State of Ohio sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to destinations in Ohio.

 

Return Policy

GunPartsSupply.com products are returnable within 3 days of receipt provided that the product has not been altered, abused or damaged. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on ammunition. Please ensure that you order the correct ammunition for your firearm. This guarantee is VOID if any gunsmithing has been initiated on the item. All returns are subject to the following conditions:

  1. The buyer has 3 days from receipt of merchandise to return or exchange for any reason. All returns must have a Return Authorization number before returning. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting customer service at customerservice@gunpartssupply.com.
  2. 15% restocking fee on all Returns except errors on our part.
  3. Original invoice must accompany the merchandise for proper credit.
  4. Include a note of explanation as to the reason of the return.
  5. Returned items must be packaged securely. If damaged during shipment back to us, we may be unable to refund or exchange.
  6. Upon receipt of the Returned product(s), we reserve the right to evaluate the return to determine if a Refund or Exchange will be made.
  7. For credit card refunds, include card number for proper credit to the account.
  8. Credit is for cost of the product only. Shipping and Handling charges are non refundable.
  9. Return Shipping Charges are the customers Responsibility. If the wrong product was shipped in our error, a UPS or USPS call tag will be issued to return the item(s).

Damages

Claims of shortages or damaged shipments must be made with the carrier immediately for proper claim handling. Our responsibility ceases when delivery is made to the carrier in good order.
